Browns Engineering is appointed as the Project Management Consultant for the balance construction of a 359-room resort, providing project management services covering design development, BOQ and tender documentation, tendering, construction monitoring, and contract administration through to completion

Browns Engineering is proposed as the Project Manager, providing end-to-end project leadership from inception through to completion.  Our services include design development and coordination, BOQ preparation, tender documentation and procurement support, construction monitoring, and contract administration

The project is managed by Browns Engineering & Construction as the Project Management Consultant with Sinohydro Corporation Ltd., appointed as the Main Contractor and Barceló Hotel Group as the Resort Operator.  Browns Engineering overseas the project from design development and procurement through construction monitoring and contract administration ensuring coordinated delivery in line with the project’s quality, programme, cost and operational requirements.

The project was managed by Browns Engineering & Construction as the Project Management Consultant with Zhongtian Construction Group, appointed as the Main Contractor and Barcelo Hotel Group as the Resort Operator.  Browns Engineering & Construction managed the project from design development and procurement through construction monitoring and contract administration with a focus on cost control, design review, quality control, programme management and coordinated delivery in line with the project’s operational requirements.

A 100-villa beachfront resort designed to harmonize with the pristine Maldivian environment. Browns Engineering led the architectural design and coordination, collaborating with the hotel international operator and consultants, including Spanish architects and interior designers. The project focuses on sustainable luxury, creating a serene retreat that blends natural beauty with refined comfort.

Architectural designing and implementation work at the Indonesian Embassy enhances the Reception Area and Cultural Center, creating a more welcoming, functional, and elegant environment. Delivered by our Architectural Division, the upgrade preserves cultural essence while improving comfort, functionality, and overall spatial quality.
